The course also emphasizes incorporating teacher goals into walkthroughs to align professional development with individual needs, focusing on achieving specific objectives within broader educational priorities. This approach highlights customized development, increased engagement, alignment with school goals, measurable outcomes, ongoing feedback, and continuous growth.
